Too many people are taking squadfather too seriously and it really looks pathetic that they do. Why let some guy on a internet message board get to you so bad you challenge him to "a harcore workout!!!"

What does he think "oh boy the guys on getbig are going to love it if I workour harder than him gee that would be cool"

Seriously who gives a shit if someone can workout harder than the next guy?

thanks for letting me know it's ok, i mean it's only natural to be terrified of that beast, i was like Mickey in Rocky 3 when Clubber Lang was screaming at him from the ring, absoultely terrified.

sounds like "methyl mike" is still upset that i called him on his claim of being 5'9" and 225 pounds at 8 percent bodyfat but won't post a picture.

I might I've been around a lot longer than you think I have I have not once in over 6 years on discussion boards posted a pic. Probably paranoia just never done it. Not like you put up some mind blowing pics yourself you can't even make anything out.
