Today I slept a little bit longer, got up at 8:30 and went straight to the park and did my 6.5miles (10km). I realize I cannot fail, not today. Everything has to be perfect.
This time I didn’t thought every time about my breathing - usually I do breath in every 5-7 steps and breath out every 5-7 steps.
Today I free my thoughts, thought about this and that but not about my breathing and it was very relaxing, imho I noticed some more things, more details, more trees, here and there, something here and there I didn’t noticed before. I thought I’d get stitches in the side because I don’t concentrate at my running but… no.
Great running, great air and some relaxing stretching at the end.
