I believe it is possible, there used to be a couple of local high school girls from the power lifting team that trained at my gym a few years ago. One of them was softer looking than this chick and squatted 405. Her little sister used to do 315 for a few reps. Their daddy was a power lifter so they had guidance at a young age.
