Joe I really do hope you look good at your show. I felt my reaction to your news was the best one for your own long-term good. I really do feel your stepson will be fine; and even if his health concerns are as serious as you intimated, I still felt your dropping out of the show or giving it anything less than your best would serve neither one of you at all.

(Note the rest of you that I'm telling him this here rather than text because I'm more sure he'll read this than any text I send.
