Currently 285, probably around 18%-20% bodyfat. Yes, let the haters come, but with this cycle I'm wanting to retain as much muscle mass and strength as possible while losing 3%-5% bodyfat tops (around 20-30lbs total?) May seem far fetched, but will try my damn best. Just tired of trying to always put on size. Time to take some of the non-essential stuff off and go from there.
Weeks 1-12: Test Prop 100mg EOD
Weeks 1-3: Clen pyramid up from 60mcg to 120mcg in 20mcg increments back down to 60mcg over three week period
Weeks 7-9: Clen (same)
Weeks 13-15: Clen (same)
Also where could Anavar fit into this cycle? I'm just curious as to how it might be beneficial for maintaining strength and muscle over this cycle, but don't know whether it would fit well within the first 6 weeks of the cycle or would I just be wasting it?
Currently on a Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday split with the first workout (Monday's) rotating back in on Saturday and then continues on Monday, Tuesday, etc. as before. Probably going to put cardio in on Wednesdays, Sundays and whenever else depending on when my leg days fall.
