Saw a guy today come in with "allen Iverson" arm socks or whatever the hell they are.  This guy was in need of a videotaped owning getbig style.  I MUST TAKE THE CAMERA with me to the gym and get some of this on tape, thats my goal for 08.

LOL. The deadbeat trainers in my place always have a coffeee in hand as they put their chubby housewives through their paces. There's a Starbucks on the next corner and they send the 'apprentice' trainer - the coffee bitch - on runs every hour or so just so they can muster the energy to stand up.

Agree. Problem these days, is that you can only find the 8mg tabs, not those 25mgs ones from a few years ago so you gotta take lots. Price ya gotta pay for winning the war on drugs, I guess?

Amphetamines and other illicit stimulants are popular in strongman circles. If they weren't there'd be no need to test for them in strongman comps. I think Pudz failed for either amp or coke.

I've seen more than a few good powerlifters routinely take handfuls of ephedrine to get "up" for workouts. At the very least a pot of coffee is required to even get to the gym.

One word...Bronkaid. Go to your Walgreens, Long's, CVS, or whatever the local place is for that. Pick up a card for Bronkaid and take it to the pharmacist. Purchase, and you will have real (and potent) ephedrine in 25mg tabs. I did it all summer.
