blood work results - need some input

I'm on my first cycle Test e 500/week . Right before the cycle I went to get a blood/urine test so I can have a reference point. All came in within range except me Testosterone 365 ng/dl and free testosterone at 41 - both low for my age. I'm 36 6' 219 9% bf trained for 20 years naturally. My doc said that even though the test levels are low they are not low enough to consider HRT. He did give me a referral to endo.
Since I?m on test e now I do not want to mgo to endo until after cycle is over (10 weeks). Here is where I need some input?I?m going to start my PCT week 11. If I go to the endo week 12 or 13 would my test levels be low enough for him put me on HRT? I know test e has a long ester so I?m not sure how many weeks it would take to drop to around 200-250. I guess another question would be should I even go on PCT at all?

Always use PCT. However, I would wait until you've been off for a couple more weeks. You may also want to exaggerate your symptoms with the endo.

If you WANT a low test level, then skipping any HCG or clomid will give it.
ALso if he checks estrogen (endo might) nolva will throw him for a loop I think.

500 TE   1/2 life about 10 days...
250  in 10 days
125  in 20 days
 63  in 30 days
 32  in 40 days.....

Now, a young healthy dude will get a rebound recovery at some point when taht TE drops to a low level and body responds ramping up Nat Test.

Its individual,. And if you tapperd down will likely be faster.
Around 25+ days is a bet for low level. You'll still have active TE, not much.

They love to play "Watchfull waiting". YOu want HRT? you'll likely have to pay out of pocket.

Insh Cos and HMO's dont want people on this stuff period.

If I were you , I would send those results directly to an HRT clinic and see what they say....it seems your test levels along with your age are enough to have HRT perfectly acceptable.....I don't know where you live or the logistics of clinics in your area, however, If you can visit a clinic and bring your blood test sometimes the doc will evaluate that along with a physical and you will be on your way....Sometimes they want you to do the blood work with them though....check it out.....

This is the best advice.  Your appointment with the HRT doc may run you around $200 for your first visit/physical.  Tell the doc you have been suffering from fatigue/lack of motivation and have also found it more difficult to keep the fat off and retain muscle even though you eat very well and work out religiously.  Show him/her your lab work and test levels.

Find out what extra bloodwork the HRT clinic wants and go get it priced out yourself at Quest labs or something similar if the price seems high.  The HRT clinics tend to mark up the blood test cost quite a bit to make money.    After you are physically cleared by the doc, you just have to pay for the drugs prescribed by the clinic's compounding pharmacy.  They will likely be a bit pricey, due to mark up, but legal.

The HRT Cos usually are not too bad priced on lab work.
But if you can get it free from your Dr thats better yet.
You'll Pay WAY less for lab work thru the HRTs than the Regular Dr clinic IME.

A week of tren a 2 weeks before you go see him should do the trick.  Your test will be so low it might be negitive!  Oh, but you'll probably grow boobs... but think of the fun you'll have alone at night!

Really though... If you want to get a TRUE reading... wait until after your complete PCT.

Test like you had before cycle probably won't get you HRT IMO and if it does you'll start with an androgel and it'll be a while before they put you on cyp or enan.

my test levels are 215/ng testosterone even after PCT and off for a couple months, I feel fine not worried as long as you feel good.

I figured at this point i would have to finish the test cycle, pct, wait maybe 2 months and then go to HRT clinic.  I'm sure they would want me to be retested.  Doers anyone know what would be the highest dose of test  those clinics would prescribed?  Is it at least 250 mg/week?

As long as you dont pull a jacked 900 or 1000 Testo level they will write.
They prolly would even then in the past, but I doubt it now.

The deal is symptoms of low testo. Everyones levels vary. Also free testo is what realy does the trick.

Your worry'n about nothing if your lookin to get HRT. They will prolly write if you got money.
200 is no problem a week, ask for more if you want.

Previous use and no bad reaction sets mr Drs mind at ease. Tell him you got on well with 600mg of TE and 2oomg of Deca a week if you did. That 600 is the most Ive seen in USA medical tests.
Good luck, maybee they will write yuou 600 if you ask.
About $100-120 for 10cc of TE.   HGH at $7iu if they still have it. Im not sure and have heard differing stories on the HGH supply.
