It's their diet.. Blacks may seem to eat big but eat like 2-3 times a day. And being doped up or boozed doesn't count as that adds a few hours to their day. Lack of sleep might explain the blood shot eyes, or it could just be weed.

does anyone see a single item of fruit or vegetable on the american family's table?? seriously is there one? i think i might see some grapes but i'm not sure. there is applesauce which is close as it gets to actual fruit.

italians eat a lot of fish, meat, and cheese as well.  Seems it's mostly bread and fruits and veggies there.


I think many Americans eat more fast food and candy than depicted there as well.
