Whenever I rummage through my hair I get a little rain and I just took a shower and almost everytime I'd run my wet hands through my hair I'd find some loose strands. It's crazy since both my parents have a shitload of hair. Even my dad at 50 has no sign of balding.

losing hair is normal, when it's longer it's more apparent, it depends how much you're losing to tell if you're balding.

There is no way to tell from the picture you took. Wet your hair and comb it back; then we might be able to give you a more accurate opinion. Regarding male pattern baldness and hairloss in the shower, an informal rule among dermatologists is that you shouldn't start to worry unless you're seeing greater than 50 hairs on the shower floor after a shower. Even then, there is a period betwen the ages of 18-early 20s where a man's hairline normally recedes at the temples, and you lose the staight hairline that you had as a kid. Could just be this depending on your age.

You need to look at a picture of your mothers father. this is how your hair will be, genetically this is usually the case.
  Your facial hair looks like my 19 year old son's. Give it time it will grow in.

It's all about the round skull.

I lost all my hair by 24 but the round skull saved me...most people think it looks pretty decent...

Put rogaine extra strength on your face where your beard would normally grow. Do this twice a day for six months, you should have a beard. Once the hairs start growing you won't need the rogaine anymore as facial hair is controlled by testosterone. If no hairs grow after this period then it was never meant to be.

It worked for me as I had a few small patches that wouldn't gow in naturally. I read this on another forum where many people tried this technique with success. Side effects could be hair growth in unwanted places, and dry skin but I haven't experienced that.
