Hello everyone sorry I have not been posting anything regarding the P.D.I. That was because I was busy working on my web site. www.rodneystcloudfitness.com
 I put so much work into it that I know everyone will enjoy it. Unlike my adult site this web site will focus on Bodybuilding. I have video downloads of Training, dieting, competition, aerobics training, practice posing, and free posing. So please stop by my web site and check it out.

I got a fucking headache trying to read this.  Shit...I would have thought most (if not all) web-design software have some sort of spell check engine.  I guess I was wrong.  The first sentence starts out in the first person, then it jumps to speaking in third person.  Wow.... ???
