interesting
Food consumption of the calorie-fed rats was lower during baseline than that of the protein-fed group but during sleep deprivation increased to amounts 250% of normal without net body weight gain. Despite a fat-laden diet the calorie-fed hyperphagic group did not have abnormal levels of plasma cholesterol, triglycerides, or glucose, indicating accelerated turnover of nutrients. As would be consistent with calorie malnutrition, pronounced clinical chemistry or hematological abnormalities were not found in any group. Beneficial effects of the calorie-augmented diet are attributed to 1) caloric density of fat, 2) induction of hyperphagia, and 3) efficiency of utilization of fat.
basically what this means if you sleep deprive yourslef you can have more time to train and actually possibly weigh less and have a better muscle to fat ration. and 'intro to hyperphagia' meaning you are eating more than your body actually needs meaning again you are losing fat while eating a ton
now couple this along with training all night long with no sleep, and results will be even better
right now im sitting on my ass eating food just chillin and reading i probably wont train for a another couple hours till im truly ready . i plan to not sleep indefinitly , there is really no need for sleep. you are basically 'day dreaming' with your eyes closed when you are asleep nothing less nothing more. everyone i command you to follow me you see me coming up in the ranks , first you hated me now more and more are catching on, no i am not the antichrist but i am your leader in search 4 the TRUTH!
