Another Thumbs-up pics !!
This guy started to workout on Mar 1st 2007 ,and his bodyweight was 136 kgs(300lbs, 165cm ) before!!
Today he is 96kgs only !!
He lost 40 kgs during 8- month!!!(but he stoped training almost 3 months due to injury)

This was his diet & workout plan:
(all natural !!no drugs ,no supplements !! )
He started with a very strict and painful diet: no fat, no sodium, low carbs.
He only ate 3 small meals per day (and never ate 3 hours before sleeping)
He trained with basic free-weight exercises, especially full squats (20-40 reps per set !!)
30 minutes cardio of station-bike after workout per day .
But most of all Hard Work + Persistence = Success
