200 (6'3) pounds yesterday. I'm pretty sure i'll try and place at the getbig next year.

Arms and traps need work Grin

no juice obviously as im not "big"

I pull 675...

I hit 500 for 10, 405 for 20, and 315 for 30 reps last sunday...

and i'm still hurting.

fyi..overload gives the best deadlift advice.

I did this for kicks on my ME lowerbody day to see how id' far in an upcomng strongman show I signed up for in february. They're pulling by wessel's rules so here's how the workout went.

ME lowerbody...

I would consider this max effort

deadlifts with wessel's rules (1 min time limit)

500x10x1 in a minute...could've gotten 12 or better if i kept going. I wanted to hit my goal of 500 for 10 and smoked it!!
405x14x1 in a minute..kept rep'n to 20
315x19x1 in a minute..kept rep'n to 30

had to walk around for about 5 minutes because my ass would cramp when i would sit. I'm surprised i didn't puke..because i was damn close.

some ham shit until i started crampin...

seated dumbbell hammers

60x8x1
70x10x1
95x4x1

I've pulled 655 for a single.
550 for 3.
500 for 8.

No clue on 405. I used it for my last set of stiff leg DL with a belt and straps for 10 reps last Friday.

It's a good thing I can deadlift, I suck at squatting and benching!
