I am down for that in as long as we can vote on the V as well. Being a mod on here isn't as cool as some of you guys think it is. I think we should have a vote on 2 new mods. Before this 4 headed (1 mod show) we usually had a main mod and a back-up moderator. I see no reason why this can't be done. We dont' need to delete the board. Maybe change the players club thing.

There was not one problem until Alex posted that pic of our carpet kissing friend. The day that pic hit the boards, Blutsky here went straight off the deep end and into full blown meltdown mode. He's been doing it non-stop since. Pretty clear to me!

Mods are supposed to moderate, not control a board's content.

A lot of mods are morons and need to control every aspect of a forum and/or make it all about them. I swear there are some that list GetBig moderator on their job applications and shit, LOL!

By moderate I specifically mean keep a forum flowing and make sure the maximum number of posters can enjoy a forum. Time and time again we see people fuck up perfectly good forums through overmoderating. Every time a forum gets too busy.... idiots get big heads and start tweaking things or... people start begging to moderate and then fuck things up. It happened on the Y, V, X, and assorted other boards and it's starting to happen here all over again. In a week or two everyone will start posting on the V. And then.. in a few months everyone will be posting on the Y when the same shit happens again there.

I really have a hard time believing moderating a forum is such a big fucking deal that people make a full time job out of it.
