In Vegas it has to be your name or a trust.  If you do the "phonetic" name match alot of options comes up so who knows it could be a mom/dad name first on the mortgage or his wife.

5,500 is a mediocre sized house. easily obtainable by a decently successful business man. all the houses on the street I grew up on are approx 3,000 sq ft and are by far considered 'big'

Also, take into consideration that the garage is also included in that 4800 sq ft, the average 2 car garage is around 600sqft. Still a decent size home.
