Archer 77, you have a great point. I own 2 supplement compnies, and even though Derek Anthony has a good physique, I would not endorse him based on his behavior. Furthermore I would drop him from a contract if I did endorse him because he would bring tension at the booth during expo's.Imagine investion $20,000 -$100,000 to have a booth at the Arnold or Mr O ( The 10x10 booth space is only $3000, but you need atleast 2 if not 6 ,electrical is $200 per day, drayage charge to move your booth from the truck to your booth space is $1500 each way. Then trucking your booth across the country is $1500 each way. Also brochures t-shirts promo material atleast $3-$10 k .Then you have airfare for you your fitness girls, hotel stays it all adds up Trust me you will spend atleast 20k if not more).
Anyways as I was saying imagine spending all this money to promote your company, then having your athlete spitting on people, or even worse provoking people into fights?
Derek you cant tell people to meet you at the Arnold and come up to your face at a booth.
Just imagine if someone you provoked online came to your both and you had words and it caused at fight at the Jet Fuel or MD booth. You would be kicked out of the show, and you woud probably get dropped by your sponsor .
Then everybody woud know you got kicked out of the Arnold and fired from your sponsor.
Talk about embarasment. You have to look at the big picture ,before you do something or say something
You might aswell not even show up, people with think your company is a joke.First impression is everything, and once you blow it you blow it for good.
My advice for Derek is yes Derek you have a great build and you have accomplished alot at a young age. The problem is no company in there right mind would endorse such a loose canon.Derek if people bash you oh well life goes on.In bodybuilding I found if people are bigger then you they dislike you , if your bigger then them, they hate you.
The best thing to do is just worry about yourself and be the best you can be.Who cares what everbdy else does or says. god bless John
