I would ask people, is it fair to hold him accountable here, where Rudy holds Mitt responsible for checking the legal status of workers for companies he doesn't own? Just about everyone would say the person who is responsible is the business owner and it's he who comits the deception, not the person who contracts that business. So holding Rudy to the same, this looks bad for him, not to mention, you don't even have to go that far to hold him in question on this. This is pretty direct dealing with labeled bad elements for profit sake, his business and his responsibility...
