Even when the alternative for him probably being abuse of another class of drugs?  A beast of his calibre needs challenge; you get that in one of two ways, hard living, or living hard, you usually have to pick.  Hey, it's not my call but this is usually the way it goes for guys of Daddywaddy's legendary ilk.  Daddywaddy's gonna beast it one way or another; sad but true.

why not just lift for the sheer pleasure of doing it, whenever you feel the need? that's how i now train, not caring about "being ripped /shredded/big".I just pick up weights and train to failure when im in a rush of aggressivity, to manager my anger and stamina. I dont even schedule any training day, and just make sure to eat like 60/70 grams of pure protein coming from real solid food. As a pure ecotmorph it's really pointless and not worth the investment to aim for natural perfection, especially if you dont work in the sport/personal training area on a daily basis and has to deal with your wife, job etc

OK in the end, this theory falls apart every time.  Anyone you've ever known that was jacked enough to mention trained their ass off in one way or another.  It's only in theory that you find all these shredded beasts that never train.

but he s not working in the "gym" industry either, as a PT, having access to quality gym machines etc...  he looks like a normal guy working his day job who happen to have incredible genetics ,  and his whole life doesnt seem to be dedicaced to bodybuilding like yours is.

He would have to change completely all his habits to maintain his maximum natural potential (size , thickness) all year round, thats why after a while he simply slimmed down.

You can do it only cause your own whole life revolves around it. Is it the same for him? Thats what i'm trying to tell you with my broken english.

its not tough for me at all. many everyday joes, actors, etc have great structures and potential for bbing but pursue other as-enjoyable areas in life than the bb lifestyle. its not for everyone. wad has to want it, and he doesnt at the moment. for a career, could do a whole lot better than bbing.

holy shit, i didnt think that pointing the fact that building muscle mass naturally was the only goal of your life would make you that unhappy.
It's ok, even if i think it's a bit vain.

I think that what makes wieghtlifting good, is, precisely, lifting weights and enjoying doing it, not focusing only on the results ie muscle mass growth.
