The center of the line is gravety..in all weight training the standard is to preform begin with form... balance .... and train for definition cut rip and then size.... the music is great back ground, but wtf... doing it my way or the highway...speaks volume if you have the trophy to back it.... how many does RC have?..... how many does AS..have?... and how many does LF have? I mean really man...
a very good "love me for me" but again wtf.... do the freeken reps correct, oh by the way..generally when one begins to "cheat" at this level it is due to an injury along the way so he is over compensating for it....
of course no one really gives a crap about my opinion, but..... I would have been more impressed with him if he had backed off the BS dropped a few plates and really did the freaken squates correctly and the right number of reps to train....
getbig..do it freaken right and train right to avoid injury...
