It is not our intention, actually, I love BB.com, Russ is a good friend of Bob is their main spokesperson and also a great friend and my training partner.  We figured this is something different and we want to share with all the fans some of the good times we have in the shop when celebrities stop by, which is quite often.  Any way you slce it, you guys will be the ones benefitting from this.

It is a good show.  BB.com thinks of industry ideas which seem to be contagious like online videos and radio programs.  They have slowly but surely become the most powerful force in bodybuilding.
