igf levels vary greatly during the day..... depends on a lot of factors....but a healthy young adult produces about 1,5 to 2 iu's of hgh a day.....so a fella in his early twenties with a good hgh production may produce 2 or 2,5 iu's a day.... 2,5 being very high....
