im a gh15 pupil, really followed everything to the T from march on last year and in that time to aug-sept. i jumped up a weight class (light-heavy to heavyweight... NOT AN EASY THING AT 5 FT. 5 INCHES) won a state show overall in aug and got second place at the ifbb north americans where the winner of my class got the second pro card. not bad huh?....LMAO

I followed "to a T" and competed at the New Englands this past October. Finished 2nd in my class, pretty happy with results considering that I started prepping less than a year before in terrible condition:

It's funny how he poked his head out slowly, was all meek like "hey guys can I play too?" A couple weeks later and he's attempting to revive the old days.

Don't get me wrong, he's a legend on GB. But the game changes. Wait long enough, and the game passes you. Dave went down in a blaze of fire, absolutely got destroyed. I'm surprised he ever showed back up around here. He'll never get the feared respect he once got. People know the truth behind him now.

Just saying, I used to tread lightly around him... he could make anyone melt and take the whole boarding and dump it on your head. Nowadays, I couldn't give a fuck. Dude has no pull. Sometimes legends should stay retired.

Before gh15, I just ran some low-moderate dose test. Never used any short estered drugs or fat burners. After reading gh15's posts and getting some advice from Spike, I decided to go all out for 9 months and do a show. gh15 protocol:

yes, although he was already a very developed bodybuilder already, he himself admitted that following gh15 brought him to the next level and mentioned that he wishes he started reading gh15 when he was trying to make it big on the US pro stage because none of his fellow ifbb pro "friends" ever "talked" to wong hong being a foreigner.
