What's the lowdown on supplements, especially Whey, amino acids, creatine. God, I understand thee rate not supplements when the world is swimming in hormones, but I'm curious nonetheless about the actually benefits it could bring for natural and hormoned users alike. Lord, leave thee biased aside for the moments it takes to knock up a post and give us an objective view on supplements and the perhaps give a special mention to those worth using. If any.

if you read between the lines you will realize that he admits one using some supplements if he doesnt have the time to eat real food everytime. He approves Up You Mass for the calories and protein, for example. He is also a big fan of pasteurized egg whites.
