i just dont think he has enough gym time under his belt 2 yrs and he was overweight when he started so had to be in a calorie deficit plus his doses are fairly low and just hasnt been long enough he prolly has calories to low to and just wanted to compete to soon but if he wants to who cares lol I agreee with tbombz on the powerlifting get strong in the bench squat and deadlift or compound lifts in general after this comp if you do it build strength for a while. His dose just isnt high enough hell a small cycle isnt going to turn a guy lifting for a yr into a stage ready bodybuilder

Steve was 154 pounds in the photo you are referring to.

I dont think u guys are getting it,Im trying to catch up in my prep since i didnt give myself enough time to diet and got sick for a few days on top of that

Im not working out 2x a day lol

mon-sun 65mins fasted cardio in the morning
mon-sat lifting weights at night,hitting each bp on there own day

This is my diet

m1-50mg whey
m2-1cup egg whites
m3-8oz tilapiea/veggies
m4-8oz tilapiea/veggies
m5-50mg whey
m6-8oz tilapiea/veggies

NO FAT OR CARBS BECAUSE WE NEED TO KEEP cals low and protein high so i dont lose muscle,Doing carb/fat reefeeds when needed.Im not 17 im 19.I came here for help on hormones not training or diet(my knowledge of that is excellent just putting it into use now,or atleast when i bulk)

Not looking to fight or argue with anyone so dont take me the wrong way im here for knowledge,Either way im dong the comp gh15 said himself i can most likely get down to 6-8% that should be enough to make a top 4 placing in teen class,Obv i need alot more muscle but lets be real most teens dont even work legs and i should have alot better separation in 4 weeks esp if useing diuretics,and regardless ill be alot lower bf making it a good chance to get a contest rebound

sandra never scam ,, flora never scam ,, euroman never scam ,,strngo never scam he fuckin help bodybuild get to next level he is getting heaven and angel wings you be sure of that,,

none of them scam or selective scam they are the best this cult have they care about their service and their products ,, they do best of the best work when its not easy to do at all,,those fellas hold HOLD the npc and the ifbb on their hands ,, with out them THEREE IS NO BODYBUILDING,, they shoudl all be in your prayers and blessed every single week for the contributation they have made to bodybuilding,,

No, we get it all right. You're playing catch up. You're behind. Waaaay behind. Like maybe two years behind. Do you really think that if someone saw you walking on the beach they would think you are a competitive bodybuilder? What's the rush to get up on stage? Do you really like being the center of attention so much? We're just trying to save you some humiliation. But if you insist make sure you post your contest pics here. We could use the laugh.

No i dont care about attention but how could one decide he wants to stay on hormones and compete if he never done a competion???At least after this ill know what contest prep is like REGARDLESS i still need to lose bodyfat in general before i start to build a foundation so its a win win

That makes sense why you sing their praises so much. In that case, I'll be just as loyal and thankful to them in return. In an odd way it sheds a positive light on them as dealers. Doing it for the love of bodybuilding as opposed to just trying to make money and fuck people over.

he is very young lol ,, i think he will do fine,, 17 is very very young ,, by 20 he will be walking and looking competetive,, if you do the show do it for fun see where you at...whatever place you end dont take it to heart,, you are way behind and as you said need to grow which is undestandable for 17 ,, you do have muscle you are not horrid its just need more thiciness more density more seperation all the stuff that legit hormones and time in the gym gives,, at 17 even if you train since 12 ,, this is teen age years you can do many mistakes,, try to NOT do more mistakes after the competition if you want to become serious bodybuilder,, 18 is good age to start if you think about becoming a serious bodybuilder as in competetive and pro potential 18 is good age

I think you have a way to go but your young. You are way ahead of the game at your age and have already having found good information. You have went form being obese to in shape thats a hell of an accomplishment. I have no doubt you will get there watch out on promuscle there is a lot of frivolous information on there and by the way lanye norton is not natural. Im a decent athlete i have until recently used mostly 1gram of test off and on I walk around at a reasonably lean 230 if i decided to compete on only 1gram of test I would be lucky to hit the stage at 200. Im using the same tren as you in the same dose and mine isnt bunk since i have been on cant sleep good and bad acne and had a few cases of very bad tren cough

I've been on strango since day one and I swear his tne dare I say, is better than an hg version I've used or seen. How do you make tne that flows through a 30g slin pin at 100mg relatively painless!?!?
