So, what are you saying?  It's a good idea for him to be using a gram of gear a week at 17 like he is doing now?  For christs sake, I  looked better than this kid at 17 without even thinking about using steroids.  Obviously he will need gear to succeed in BBing, but if he can't get to a decent level without it at his age, he is fucked.

No, I'm saying he should lift weights for a couple of years before even thinking about getting on stage. But he seems determined to get on stage (not that he wants attention) so it's a moot point. This generation with all this FaceBook, MySpace...  and all those other things where they post pics of every facet of their lives so they know no shame. The fact that someone will  even consider prancing around in panties on stage looking like they've never worked out a day in their lives speaks volumes on their generations. You just wonder when he looks in the mirror what does he really see.

Anyway, like I said, at least he'll have something to look back on and laugh at. Or if he has an ounce of self-reflection -- cringe!

I dont think u guys are getting it,Im trying to catch up in my prep since i didnt give myself enough time to diet and got sick for a few days on top of that

Im not working out 2x a day lol

mon-sun 65mins fasted cardio in the morning
mon-sat lifting weights at night,hitting each bp on there own day

This is my diet

m1-50mg whey
m2-1cup egg whites
m3-8oz tilapiea/veggies
m4-8oz tilapiea/veggies
m5-50mg whey
m6-8oz tilapiea/veggies

NO FAT OR CARBS BECAUSE WE NEED TO KEEP cals low and protein high so i dont lose muscle,Doing carb/fat reefeeds when needed.Im not 17 im 19.I came here for help on hormones not training or diet(my knowledge of that is excellent just putting it into use now,or atleast when i bulk)

Not looking to fight or argue with anyone so dont take me the wrong way im here for knowledge,Either way im dong the comp gh15 said himself i can most likely get down to 6-8% that should be enough to make a top 4 placing in teen class,Obv i need alot more muscle but lets be real most teens dont even work legs and i should have alot better separation in 4 weeks esp if useing diuretics,and regardless ill be alot lower bf making it a good chance to get a contest rebound

dont compete. your not a bodybuilder. you just lift weights, diet, and inject fake steroids. wait untill you look big in clothes at a reasonable bodyfat before you get on stage.

Do you really think that if someone saw you walking on the beach they would think you are a competitive bodybuilder? What's the rush to get up on stage? HOW MANY 17 YEAR OLDS WALK AROUND THE BEACH AND LOOK LIKE BODYBUILDERS? EVEN THE ONES THAT COMPETE? THEY JUST LOOK IN SHAPE AND A BIT MORE MUSCULAR.

IMO...ITD BE GREAT EXPERIENCE FOR HIM TO GET ON STAGE, SEE WHAT ITS LIKE, LOSE AND THEN SPEND THE NEXT 2-3 YEARS BIBLE'ING THIS BITCH AND COMING BACK STRONGER. EXPERIENCE IS WORTH IT.

Maybe it's where I live but you'd be surprised how well built teen age surfers are here in Hawaii. Full on six pack, good shoulders and back, islanders are born with calves, good posture (which is important)... And I never said they were bodybuilders. That was my point. They are not bodybuilders but they look a whole lot better than this guy. This guy just doesn't look like he's ever trained with weights. My gym is just down the street from a high school and I wish I could take some pics of some of these kids without getting arrested. Of course there are some fatties but there are some that actually look like they work out. There are a couple of high school wrestlers that have very good builds. Picture DevilSmile with about 15 pounds  more muscle. You are just not going to look good on stage unless you have a six pack even if you have arms, chest and shoulders which this kid does not. 

If you think it's a good idea for this kid to get on stage looking like how he does it's no skin off my nose. Me, along with others, just want to save him some embarrassment. Spend some time in the gym. When I was his age I had already been training seriously for five years. I had a six pack and enough muscle that people would ask me if I lift weights. And back then I never herd of steroids. I seriously doubt anybody asked this kid if he's a weight lifter. But I never thought I was even close to getting on stage compare to some of the other kids in my grade.

Lol... No arguments here.  Let's see... I worked all day on a saturday, trained for 2 hours, barely slept the night bÉfore, fought with me ex, and im exhausted, but I'm still awake! Lol... Why???? Tren from nordic at 100mg/day for 3 weeks now! That's why!

Take this an multiply X 8 weeks, that's where I'm at now...

going back to the tren he is running...I think you guys are overlooking the fact he hasn't even been on tren for four weeks yet. No one will have a tren physique after 3.5 weeks of using it. plus he is shooting 50mg MWF, which is a weird protocol as it is

I think he should keep training before getting on stage. To compete provides a lot of valuable insight, but so does not competing and actually building up a presentable physique.

I was also eager to oil up and throw on a thong, but then I realized that I wasn't ready for the stage. Every time I shredded down I'd notice glaring weaknesses. I still don't think I've got what it takes to get on stage and compete to satisfaction (satisfaction for me is winning my class and placing top 3 in the overall). He has a lot of recomposition ahead of him. A bit of bulking but a bit of leaning out too. He's skinny fat... he shouldn't be going on stage in my humble opinion.

If I were him I'd do some test, tren and orals, with the injectables being pinned every other day. That'll put some much required mass on that frame and really transform him. His gear is probably underdosed and his pinning protocol is worthless. He doesn't have an appreciable amount of steroids in his system and is really wasting his time. The stage should be the last thing on his mind.

NYMuscle... Do not listen to this guy. This is the last person on this board you want to take advice from. This guy knows absolutely nothing about competing and has never done a contest himself nor has he ever dieted down. He doesn't know what a diet looks like. He just knows how to push a pin. I say go ahead and do the show and get the experience. You are a teenager. This game takes YEARS. This is something i learned recently. It takes years of consistency with the training everything else that is involved with bodybuilding. You can't expect to come in your first show with little training time and blow everyone a way. I was almost a bantam weight my first show. Just stick with it and have fun with it man.

rice and fish 6 times a day 4 weeks out.

that'll take you from 5-6 to sub 4 with enough gh and tren in your blood.

i do thin you have potential if you go on legit products,, but this is going to take some time more like 3-6 months to build yourslef into conditioned size that will be able to make damage in competition ,, not years but months

there was another lab that went by gaul gear that specialized in bulk orders a few years ago i dont know if they are the same but they were crap.

nothing...in the most polite way i emailed him asking him if he could send me his list..i got nothing then like a crackhead i emailed him again...he asked me for references?  i gave  him a reference...it's been 3 weeks...my reference is good since he has been  a client of his for years....
