why are you big? same exact dam reason ,, there are big fellas around,, they are big but they dont look like bodybuild,, they are big and strong ,, and the old fella from old days actualy lift,, they didnt care if they were 8% or 14% they say ok im 14% but i will have the density of a horse with muscle of an elephent and lift that dam weight ,, and they did!

they had bettter foundation ,, they worked with only steroids back in the 60s and early 70s ,, and if they had high natural gh and were serious powerlifters,, they kept some ,, and remain big ,, they were big to begin with but not bodybuild big like today in the single 7% 220 ...and 3 diomentional ,, they were nevr this way then ,,lot more fat they held and not 3 dimentional

I think this is key....they lifted hard and heavy shit consistantly and strangely enough, for hours on end, not the 30-45 minutes recommended by magazines and trainers.

gh15  when you get into the 15iu zone for mutation  what is your reccommended protocol?  should split 5iu three times a day  or do 5 iu morning and 10iu after work out  or the all 15 iu one shot? does even make a difference aslong as gets into blood each day?

how you handling the water issues? love the stuff and what it does but even on as little as 4iu a day the water changes the look of my face. that's the only drawback to it else I'd stay on it forever. I've been off it now for almost 2 weeks and almost forgot how ruggedly handsome I am.

doesn't water goes off after some time if gh is higher quality it goes off in one month or two.. he's on novos though, then he's on lots of mast 600/wk? this helps too and then if water is still there there's always ephedrine, play with sodium... I remember reading gh15 from back in 2007 he was saying about aromasin how it's good for tighter look.. But then again we need some water to train hard and grow, it's sorta extra energy
