Gh15 recommends tren cobined with other AAS. But a good 1st time cycle is Test E 250-500mg a week for 10 weeks try 250mg of Test E 1st week  and see how you do on it if you dont have any sides that you cannot handle bump it to 500mg Test E then also use 600mg EQ a week and 30mg dbol daily for first 4 weeks so basically

10 week cycle

500mg Test E-try 250mg the first week to make sure you do not have any real bad side effects if not use 500mg a week 2 shots a week of 250mg/ml Test E
600mg equipose - 200mg eod.
30mg dbol-daily for first 4 weeks

I do not think tren is a good first cycle drug.but I am not GH15 everybody has their own opinions

you cant recomend first cycle unles you see the individual physiqe,, how he cary his fat,, how much water he hold,, how feminine he is...yes yes some fellas are more feminine some are more musculine,, you need to know what the aim is for ...some want mainly strength ,, it individual dependent,,
