in my opinion... there's nothing wrong with SEO, unless it starts deforming the muscle. a little bit of SEO here and there go a long way... but the probably is bodybuilders have a skewed presepective on size... someone with 20 inch arms would feel like he has 16 inches... so they abuse the shit out of it until it looks like absolute crap.
and no... IFBB outside of the united states aren't consistent with their decisions... they're as corrupt and manipulative as hell. and no better people to target than bodybuilders. they get off on money (pay offs happen more than you can imagine) and control (if you tell a bodybuilder to lick your toejam for an IFBB card he will... so they get off on that)
