groink really does use moderate doseages.

hes been juicing for a decade or two, mostly just a few hundred milligrams of long estered test per week. occasionally going up to 750 or so. past 5-10 years hes been using low doseages of GH. quality GH though. like 2 iu's per day.

last year when he "started juicing" he added in tren ace at 100mg every other day. maybe some clen. bumped GH to 4iu per day.

groink has a solid base, been lifting his whole life, naturally a well built fellow. he doesnt have the money to run big cycles, nor the desire.

Has used heavy cycles before, nowadays he focuses on the health look.

My honest opinion on groink is he has been juicing for around a decade or so, a couple years before he came to getbig so 2000-2005. I do not think he started juicing as young as me for example- probably in his thirities or so. he takes the Basic gym rat cycles, definitely uses GH. test and equipoise .....I heard him slip up about it before reccomending to big bobs "not thick enough up the test...a little EQ"

I think, despite his games about drug use he is a great role model for many gym rats, the guy takes training very seriously and knows probably as much as anyone on this board when it comes to training. very dense and thick, definitely a strong guy who can move some serious weight. Knows his hormones well... I do not think he is this "huge abuser" that Sev makes him out to be but I could be wrong. What I see is A naturally big stocky Russian guy who's been using drugs for a good length of time and responds well to them with years of training under his belt. I don't think he has been running tren all these years though I do believe that is something new he started, beore it was long estered test/nandrolone/eq/ probably some orals...the basic shit.

*it's worthless without insulin
*more isn't better
*good for hardness, but won't do much without AAS

The God of Hormones has clearly blown the lid off that vat of bullshit. Looking at the guys from the late 90s, and especially current dudes like "Philinsula," it's bloody obvious the guys today are doing something VERY different than most did in the 80s and 90s.

Did anyone realize, let alone vocalize, this before gh15? If so, why not? Was bunk gH everywhere? Did the guys using the most lie about its efficacy in an effort to have a leg-up?

I realize there are multiple answers, but I'm genuinely curious: apart from the fact we know GodofHormones15 is a straight-shooter, why did it take him to gain traction and really put gH on the map? I'm pretty sure Dan Duchaine crowed about the virtues of gH. Were more people actually aware of just how great the shit is and gh15's just lifted a curtain (I admit, I'm still a total newbie when it comes to super-supps)?

I've always known there was massive drug use including insulin, and I knew they used HGH, but I never had any idea of the doses for HGH.

Sad part is the top guys like phil and jay only use serostim humatrope genotropin norditropin etc... If you take 5ius of that quality gh ur jaw will b pain when chewing on some chicken. It takes a while to work yourself up to those heavy doses when u have the real thing..... Take 15iu of omnitrope and u will have trouble staying awake while driving. Ur hands and feet will be numb ALOT. Etcc...
On a measely 5iu of red tops right now my watches dont fit... Its been 3 weeks so still holding all the gh induced water and i can def tell on my wrists and physique butttt the lines are still there. Quality is there.
