Lee Priest is RETIRED

I like Lee Priest, but the reality is that his bodybuilding career is finished. He's crossed the line too much with the IFBB. I think he has finally recognized from his latest fiasco, that the IFBB is the only real force in bodybuilding, and while they can give you fame, they can also take it away.

No name is too big to be excommunicated by the IFBB.

It appears that the IFBB will not let him back in, and with this lack of exposure in real shows, he will suffer the same demise, and eventually disappear like Jim Quinn, Mike Quinn, Dave Dearth, Aaron Baker, and Gary Strydom...sad but true.

Yes you can say what you want about Lee but he always shows up in great shape and has always time for his fans.

Priest was one of the best bodybuilders of his time.

I have no clue if he'll compete again.  There are other federations if the IFBB doesn't work out.  

Regardless, he'll still be able to pull 2-3 times what the average american earns, based upon endorsements.  He'll still more popular, controversial, and exciting to fans than 90% of guys at the expos.  He competed for what, 20+ years?  I'm happy for the guy.  Get out with your health, one of the most well known names of his day, doing what he loves.
