10 reps with 495 doing stifflegged deadlifts...
Makes me wonder, who is the best deadlfiter on this board (among the Regular Joes: pros excluded) who does their reps with an ARCHED back?
Anybody here able to do, say, 315 for 10 with an arched back?
(In my opinion, if you round your back then you're just resting on your skeletal structure and only your legs are doing the lifting... and arched back usually reduces a deadlifters multi-rep weight by 100 to 150 lbs)
