So i was in the gym today...

As i was getting ready to do bench, i took off my U of A pull over and got a good stretch in and warmed up a little bit. After 2 sets of 135 for 40 i started to warm up my tris and lats for bench and headed over to the front desk to get my buddy to spot me. As i was walking towards the desk my good friend Stan stopped me and said "My god man... your arms look like they are flexed when they are relaxed". I said, "hah thx man" shly and got my good friend Ross to come over and spot me. All the ladies were looking at my massive 16 inch arms that looked flexed relaxed. I put 255 on the bar and got a good couple of deep breaths in, unracked the bar, and went all the way down and locked it out and racked it. As i stood up i hit my most massive most musclar pose as all the veins popped out of my arms and i raised my bicep up to kiss it. Then i thought of lonelyme and laughed at his fat ass sitting at home watching reruns of Everybody loves Raymond. I will continue my epic saga next week as i hit 260.... 100 pounds over my body weight is certainly better then 300 under my body weight.  ;D

Is that going to be your squat?If you are benching 315 does that mean you are squatting close to 400?

I don't do squats but i do front squats with 220 for reps... nothing special. I also do that on a smith machine because i have poor balance so it really isn't that much. I like the leg press and leg extensions. Squats aren't neccesary for large quads. My quads have made drastice improvements since the show.

220 is very believable, Leafy actually has very developed quads.

He is so fat that when he sits in a chair he has to have a rope that's bolted to the ceiling to pull himself up and everytime pulls the dry wall out leaving holes in his ceiling. He is so fat that he keeps a gallon jug next to his bed so he can pee in it at night when the urge prevents itself (true story).

Markus Ruhl doesn't do them and neither does Mookie Blaylock. Mookie actually just does leg extensions.
