he really got desperate and what he did with the synthol or escilene, contributed to ruining his physique and ending his career----once his shoulders were drained of all the crap he looked horrible--------Ive heard stories of him injecting that shit deep into his lats and I can believe it---just look at his lats in his prime compared to his last couple shows
Nasser never had to undergo surgeries due to synthol. He never had surgery on his left delt, and on his right rear delt he had a surgery from a staph infection - not from synthol. While he underwent the staph infection surgery in 2003, during his 10 day hospital stay he also asked for the removal of accumualted scar tissue on his right rear delt, and that was done. No synthol surgery. I believe Nasser did use esiclene shortly before some shows, however that also had nothing to do with surgeries. If you dont regularly rotate injection spots you get tremendous scar tissue. Nasser's former wife used to usually inject his rear delts all the time; and when you have so much scar tissue under the skin it takes definition away from you. You can not diet through scar tissue. So even if you diet perfectly, you still don't get hard at these spots no more. Such scar tissue can not be rubbed out either. No massage on the planet can do it; only surgery. But when you undergo surgery they also cut healthy muscle tissue out. So surgery does not actually make it better but worse. Also in Nasser's last couple of shows he did not have his wife to prepare and cook food, do groceries, household chores, sending out merchandise, etc. In the late 90's Nasser just worked out, ate, slept and few to guest posings and shows. All other top pros significantly rely on help like Cutler with his wife, Ronnie with his mom, Levrone with his wife + a store was cooking his meals every day, Flex Wheeler whose wife did everything, etc.
In the case of DCM (Delusional Clown Milos), he ended up in the hospital to undergo surgery, not becasue he had to take synthol lumps out - but his wife was injecting oil into his biceps vein! The DCM's scar tissue in his arms is not from the over use of synthol, because it disapates within weeks and months if you do not "refill" it regularly. DCM's tiny arms (for a pro) had plenty of scar tissue, especially the biceps because he regularly site injected and would mix water-based with oil-based compounds which usually dont properly dissolve. Also if you overuse the spot (as in Nasser's csae rear delts) then you do get scar tissue as well.
DCM artificially inflamed his arms to make them bigger but it backfired becasue he got knots and reduced blood flow. I heard if you felt his biceps it felt like someone had implanted a little wooden long stick (like the inside of an ice cream bar) inside, lol.
