He's had many surgeries. I was wrong.

Or that could have been what Bluto said.. Fierce combat with like 20 or so guidos, whom Nasser beat the hell out of, but was injured in turn.

lol, yeah post a pic of him while lying down during a surgery.  That surgery was in late December/06, and he's now recovered as the BB.com interviewer confirmed that he is now "300 lbs and cut"

Where did you hear that he was 300 and cut? Nowhere actually because thats b/s he will never be back into bodybuilding after all the surgeries he's had.
He has lipomas in his lats most likely from excessive synthol use, "birth mark" removed from his back, and surgery on his belly button
