For starters Milos was never as huge as Nasser.  Milos would be Nasser's size if he were able to chose to be, it would definitely help his personal training business if he was Nasser's size!

Nasser has his own business as well - he has no reason to be envious that it's not a supplement line or owning a gym.  In fact gyms do not earn much in themselves.  People pay membership fees once a year and that's it.  Milos makes most/all of his money outside of selling gym memberships.

Nasser told me yesterday on the phone that he has never used recreational drugs.  I would not make such strong statements otherwise.
