I have never tried Halcion. I took 2 Xanax bars tonight(4 mgs.) and its just about right to give me a good nights sleep. I amalternating Xanax and valiums every couple of days, keeps me sleeping good. Without benzos I wouldn't get more than a couple hours a night.
