Musclecenter has got to be the most dedicated bodybuilder I've seen at least on here. This dude seems to live it, breath it and think it 24/7 and to be in the kind of shape he's in at his age is awesome, I can't recall seeing anything negative in any of his posts and always has somekind of a positive message. I mean, damn, the guy keeps us posted on the shows that go on here and he's in a different country!!

Huge props to musclecenter, I enjoy reading his posts :)
