Chest question

Whenever i do a chest press i have my arms wider than shoulder, as it said you should. when i finish a set of 10, i feel the burn more in my shoulder than my chest, am i doing it wrong or is this normal??

change the grip until you feel your chest work. Everybody has a different structure,take the grip that works for you.

or you could just reply with some advice, im knew to bench pressing is that a crime.

Sorry man, I wasnt making fun of you. It was just ironic that I haven't seen a real training question on this board for quite a while even though it's a bodybuilding board.
Btw, try to inflate your chest while pushing, like puff it out.. it helps to activate the pecs and reducing stress on shoulders.
