He said we're not stealing the oil, but that we installed a government which was indebted to us, and agreed to oil sale terms with us.

He's right.  That hydrocarbon agreement we made with them showed that to be true.

Incredible to see people calling out the white house for the true reasons we invaded a soverign nation who had done nothing to us and took the mutherfvcker over!

we control the tap over there.
we control how much they sell (and they sell 80% exclusively to us) and we control the price.
we control the pipelines (and we protect them, unlike the streets).

You can argue about current gas prices, but control of their tens of trillions of dollars worth is way bigger - it's a 2 to 4 decade thing.  When a big world crisis eventually does happen, the US will be able to buy a great deal from Iraq at favorable prices. 

Yes, that's control.  Iraq's our "spank bank".

That's the idea... This is exactly the control they wanted.  The plan that would have lowered prices was killed by big oil.

Forward to 10:35, it's only a minute or so of an interview with James Baker's firm representing big oil and Bush.  Then another 30 seconds or so with an oil executive.

As we've seen from the thread posted about a week ago, there are actually huge reserves and we're nowhere near peak oil as we've been led to believe in the media.  So what is revealed in all this is that it is about oil, the control of oil onto the market at the best rate for big oil profits.
