didn't grow much compared to Nasser.  Arnold added what, 20 lbs since he was 20-21?  Nasser added about 40 lbs in the next five years after this pic, and another 40 over the next several years.

Yes he was taking low dosages.  How else would you explain him adding 80 lbs of lean mass over the next 10 years if he was already taking large dosages in 1989?
