What Tim said. Even though he did enter the Ironman, he didn't complete the show and so, he did not place. From pictures that I saw, he looked to be in good shape which leads me to believe that maybe he has some fear of criticism or something like that.

I've heard that he is working with I guy named Darren Mehling. sp? His wife is an IFBB figure pro and he's a pretty big boy too. Not too sure how Frank got hooked up with him because as far as I know he's only trained amateurs and nobody really well known at that. I guess we'll just have to see cause Frank definetly has the potential to go far.

Hey Frank. Cool to see you on the boards. I'm from the same city as Darren so that's how I knew you were working with him. If you don't mind me asking, how did you get hooked up with him? If you're gonna be coming here to see him you should do a seminar or at least a meet and great. I'd come for sure and I know I could personally get like a dozen ppl there.
