Matt, why are you so obsessed with drugs?

Is it part of the whole "Aspergers thing" that you have got going on?

Opiates give you the feeling of having a little oven inside - very convenient in the winter  8)

Then you should go with heroin

"A junky does not want to be warm, he wants to be cool-cooler-COLD. But he wants The Cold like he wants His Junk—not outside where it does him no good but inside so he can sit around with a spine like a frozen hydraulic jack... his metabolism approaching Absolute Zero." - William Burroughs

"nubain feels like a warm blanket"

That feeling you describe is really just a cheap substitute for feeling completely loved.

That is how heroin is described, and the reason why it is so damaging to so many people.

Who doesnt want to feel like that all the time?. People who never had complete love as a child,  are highly suseptible to 'falling in love' with heroin.

I recommend staying far away from drugs that make you feel 'loved'....It isnt real and it will prevent you from finding the real thing and ultimatley ruin your life.

Yes, go ahead use Nubaine, get high fell no pain and life is good. WRONG!!!!. Opiates are very addictive, pain killers are right now an epidemic. They are being abused and ruining lives of high school kids, housewives, successful people( Rush Limbaugh) and athletes. The problem is people take them and it makes them feel really really good, then they get hooked. When hooked they start buying them on the streets, using on line pharmacies, and even stealing them.A good friend of mine Dr Levy, who is one of the best addiction therapist in the country has told me some really sad stories on what addicts would do to obtain there pain killers.
He told me he has had patients taking 40, 60, and even 100 Loritabs a day!!!!
They start with Loritabs, then go to Percosets, then its Oxicoton, then when that doesn't fulfill there fix, they go to Heroin or Nubaine.
They would prostitute themselves, break into houses steal things to obtain money for the drug, create fake ID'S to get prescriptions, and even go to real estate open houses to get into medicine cabinets.
Alot of bodybuilders take pain killers to mask injuries or so they can train harder. They usually start out just using 1 -3 per day, until there tolerance builds up, which is usually very rapidly.I had a friend that was taking them for a back injury, and within 3 months he was up to 15- 20 per day
Drug addiction is no joke, and is a dead end road. Its a good way to lose your life, your dignity, and everything you own.
If you are addicted to pain medication or taking Nubaine, please get help soon.I would advise you to get counseling  and get on Subutex,or Suboxone.I wouldn't use Methadone,  it can be very habit forming, and addicts have even OD on it.Subutex is a drug that takes away the cravings, the runs, cold sweats, the chills and other nasty withdrawls that opiates are known to cause.
I known alot of people and have helped a few friends kick the pain killer habit, thanks to Dr Levy.
If you are taking pain killers please get help life , no one will judge, you and nobody has to now. There are alot of out patient patient programs, with good drubs like Subutex, that will help you get your life back in order
                                                                                    god bless .......John
