the reason this competitor dealer has bracelet on and is and probably will spend time in prison or have a heavy fine is this:

this guy you see with bracelett around his ankle was making 100k a month ,,100k a month = over 1 million $ a year,,thats a lot richer than mr jason cutler which is not considered rich by any means,,
every one on that stage is heavy user of hormones but! guy with braclet was a big distributer and made money big money on the back of the usa goverment ,,he most likley dealt narcotics too,,and still the usa goverment let him walk on stage and he is allowed to compete! which is disgrace in my opinion ,,
in general you can see the type of people your goverment wants,,,your goverment look for the 100k a month supplier not for the 500$ once every blue moon buyer,,and this is why your paniking all over was making lots and lots of people laugh 6 months ago
