Ah. from the NPC Excalibur here in Culver City, California. We had 173 competitors on stage that cool December 1st. Did speak to him for a few backstage. He seemed nice, said that he can compete and doesnt affect his 'house arrest', and it was ok with the promoter. It was quite interesting seeing him on the stage, usually don't see too many of those.

As for being politically correct, you nor I don't know what that guy did, and didnt bother to ask. I just thought it was amusing, as you dont see that normally at a bodybuilding contest.

Isn't it possible he is under charges and has house arrest as a condition of his bail?

It could be totally possible that the charges are bogus and will eventually get dropped and is still going through lengthy court proceedings at the present time.
