Out of all seriousness, is Ron and the mods on the G&O not following the rules that Ron supposedly wrote about "no baseless attacks", this is the one thing that drove me off this board.  I worked so hard to hard to prepare for a contest then get told im "not in shape" or that my hams and ass are flabby"

Ron, why don't you follow your own set of rules? I came back because this is fun even though there is very little relevancy to bodybuilding on here, or at least on the boards and it got this way because you don't enforce any rules....simple question..WHY?

How is that a baseless attack? His hams and glutes were not in and he wasn't in shape... it's a fact. I guess thats what comes with being a republican prolife christian  :)

I posted this pic in a thread in response to a comment from him about competing with the "younger guys"

He got pissed so  I apologized and deleted it. He later apologized for over reacting cause he was having a bad day. I personally thoight he looked great in his show. He is in way better shape than me and he has  about 14 years on me.

Who does this guy think he is?  Jay Cutler's wife or something?  You're mad because they called you soft?  I've seen people get called way worse on this forum and not complain about it.

I've got about 28 years on that little homo Leafy Bug.

About 5-6 years on David Hughs, who competes regularly.

And about 16 years on Putnam.

All done with no GH or Insulin.
