Not if you're already as developed as he was two years ago. Sure, if you start from zero, you can improve that much, but he was already a top competitor and very muscular two years ago and still improved that much.

No my friend. I have personally witnessed it. Me and my friend discuss this all the time. The transformation he made only took 2 years and he was already well built. Brandon Curry just has a naturally pleasing physique to begin with and capitalized on what he already had.
