I got this from a Russian page, loosely translated:
Trumps friends reserved a table at a small restaurant, nobody knew that Trump would turn up, everybody was pretty surprised when Trump arrived.
The Bill came to $82.
Trump asked the Waiter what his best Tip ratio was, he said: $500 from a $1000 Bill.
When he returned to pick up the check he found out that Trump tipped him $10.000,- on a $82.- Bill.

Sounds like something (deceased) Aussie billionaire Kerry Packer would do. But Packer was a genuinely good guy.

One story was that he was at the casino in Sydney and he wanted to tip the lady working the poker roulette table because he had a very good run. But she said she wasn't allowed to take tips. So Packer went to the manager and asked him to fire the lady. The manager did immediately because Kerry Packer is one of the most powerful ppl in Aus and what he wants he gets. So shes now fired so packer gives her a $10,000 tip and then asks the manager to rehire her immediately. The manager does. Kerry Packer leaves.

shove his rules and regulations up his ass.
That would have been a lot less dramatic and difficult than to fire her first and than rehire her later.
