Dumbell: 65kg
Olympic bar: 180kg *not entirely clean

my traps are to overdeveloped,i have to bring up my shoulders to match my traps

I shrug several times daily.

When my girlfriend asks me why there's glitter on my cheek (stripper) or why I smell like perfume (mediocre looking chubby co-worker that gives handjobs for fun).

I just shrug when she asks.
