I'm doing dropsets today with yellow and pink dumbells flyes and then some 135 pound benches for sets of 3 today,my heavy day! HAHAHA

Ive got a 500 pound bench and when i cage fight, many times the holds i use when grappling are much more forceful-and break an opponents will due to that 500 pound bench...............so Yes, my weightlifting muscle makes me a more dangerous fighter.
