Guy benching more than me.... hate it

Seriously, I have never lied about my lifts here.
I know my benching sucks, I hardly manage 100kilos for 12, yes I do them strict form and all but still.

My chest is without a doubt the best bodypart on me, I always had a big chest even when I didn't train.

Here are these guys in my old gym who look like they can hardly lift 25l and than they outbench me lol.
I really try to not let it get to me but sometimes it's just fucking tough.

why should it annoy you... there is alwyas gonna be someone who can bench more than you...
unless your the worlds greatest bencher... its seems a lot of guys their only reason for goin to the gym is to be able to answer the question how much can you bench...

regarding the bench however i would say... swith to dumbell presses for a while.... like for 2 months.. their a lot harder than bench presses... and once you get really strong on those... your bench will go up

You can always argue that your 12" penis makes it harder for you to bench?

Do know that 6" won't but 12" just might
