Seriously, I have never lied about my lifts here.
I know my benching sucks, I hardly manage 100kilos for 12, yes I do them strict form and all but still.
My chest is without a doubt the best bodypart on me, I always had a big chest even when I didn't train.
Here are these guys in my old gym who look like they can hardly lift 25l and than they outbench me lol.
I really try to not let it get to me but sometimes it's just fucking tough.
